Game journal Jan 15: Alfred Pelrock...

After all these years I finally got this game working and beat it...

Was it worth it? Well...

This an obscure Spanish adventure, made by a Monkey Island fan, who made a slightly shoddy job...

He abuses the red herring, and over 70% of the items you find are never used in the game, which gets quite annoying...

The author of the game is also an Elvis fan and a bit of philosopher and he considers himseld a bit of cultered man, and you can't talk to someone without quoting a poet, philosopher, or similar...

While I have nothing against this, none of these "intellectual" conversation, do ANYTHING to help progress in the game, they are just there to prove how "smart" he is, if he is so smart, why is the game so unchallenging?

Another thing about these conversations is that it's 90% of the game, you have to spend half of the game trying to find the right thing to say to someone, and the problem is that you can't say something twice, so the next time you reach that conversation branch, you'll say what ever option is left, even if it's something you shouldn't say...

The story is abouta horny rocker dude, who looks like Elvis, who dreams of ancient Egyptian princess and decides to find her, you can tell the author is bit of a perv since the game is full of naked of at least hot women, that the "hero" tries to hit on...

Frankly there isn't many good things I can say about this amateurish game, except that now that I've finally finished it I won't have to play it again... EVER!!!

At the begining my national pride made me think this game was great, but frankly it's just horrid...
