Owie! Coffe BAD!!!!

I got a free coffee sample in the mail, and even though I'm supposed to avoid caffeine, I thought a cup of coffee wouldn't hurt, specially since it was such a small sample...

It was an Nescafe Expresso, and it was OK, but an hour after or so, I started getting a headache and I started to slightly hyper and quite moody...

Dang, I know coffee is bad for me, but this is ridiculous!
