I can't believe this actually works!

I'm a very light sleeper, it takes me ages to fall asleep and little to wake me up, but it seems I've found something that actually helps!

I just got some of that natural music with sounds of the ocean and bird songs and all that rot and played it on my iPod at night, and since my wandering mind is now focusing on the soothing music it seems I fall asleep easier!

Since tomorrow is when I leave to NYC, tonight should be the night I get no sleep and the day I feel nauseous, I don't know about the nausea, but I might actually get some sleep tonight! 8D
