I'd like to talk about the few anime series I see now that I have a anime only (almost) channel...

Why does everybody says Inu-Yasha is "teh gay"? Don't they now it's from Rumiko Takahashi is technically "shojo" (girly)? The people who say it's not is because they are males who read her work and are afraid of appearing weak for reading "girly" stuff....

The only manga (printed) I read is a shojo one, and I don't give a damn what people think...

Another series I see is Elfen Lied, which has a bit of Tenchi Muyo (a house full of girls that love the only boy that lives there), unnecesarily gory, and f*cked up beyond bounds. Why do lots of anime series try to stand out from the rest by trying to shocking and emotionally scarring? The only reason I haven't stopped watching it is because I want to see how it ends...

Peacemaker? A so-so samurai anime that is mildly interesting that will be forgotten in a year or two... Not worth buying on DVD but maybe watching on TV or renting...

Oh God! I can't believe I got another stinker! While not as bad as CIA Operative Solo Missions, it's still awful...

It was made by the same Polish company that made Schizm: Mysterious Journey and Reah, a couple of decent adventure games, and frankly I think they should stick to adventure games. It reminds me a bit of Dare to Dream, which was a horrible little adventure from a company famous for ation games (Epic Megagames), in the sense that they both should have sticked with genres they know and have experience with...

This game features a Polish model called Iza Czarnecka, who is only famous in her country and I dobut anyone out of Poland would buy this game just because she is in it...

And by in it, I mean just her voice, you do get to see her face on the loading screens and when she dies and thanks about it, and her voice while not too unpleasant has a thick accent which kinda ruin the already non-existent mood in the game...

The graphics are quite subpar and the music is quite forgettable, just like the CIA game, I'd have to play it again just to be sure it has any music at all...

The levels are almost decent, they are not diminute, but they are monotonous and so... unimaginative...

The controls are pretty weird and too simplified, you have no save button, you only save by reaching checkpoints and you only have TWO weapons! The second one changes a few times during the game but that's about it...

Nina has the power to read minds and she to read minds of certain enemies to recieve info on what to do next. But you have to be carefull not to kill the person and oddly enough the person dies after reading their mind...

Another thing that bothered me was the fact that it's too easy to cheat, while looking for a save button I found out that F2 give you "no-clip mode" which let's you fly and go through walls and enemies won't shoot you, F3 refills your health, and F4 skips a level...

The game is also too short, with only 6 or 7 levels. To sum it up this game is just bad, but not amusingly bad in a funny way, just bad... Well awful to be exact...

I'd say this is a good reason to stay away from indie FPS games, but Nitro Family and Pyschotoxic are good examples of good indie shooters... That mainstream gamers hazed...
