Mike -- did this happen after you ate the Pac salad, or before?

Oh, that was a week ago! The Pac-Salad didn't make ill! And I even have a bag of toffees before, before the salad I mean....

I'm beginning to wonder if the cream cheese had gone bad, I had a cinnabon without cream cheese before and I didn't feel bad until eating the ones with the cream cheese... The expiration date says it's OK, but... It didn't feel right?

You wouldn't to know a home remedy for settling stomachs? They're going to do a (what ever you call when they shove a camera tube in your stomach) and I'm not allowed to have any medicine a week before, which starts today...

Hopefully some of the exotic tea I have? *whimper*

Mike -- ginger is the ultimate natural nausea cure. Try chewing on some dried or candied ginger -- or even powdered ginger in a tea with some sugar should settle your stomach. Then eat some bread, with nothing on it, with Vitamin C and Vitamin E -- 3000 mg C, 400 mg E.

The bacterial aspect, try some peppermint oil in hot water (has to be pure, though). Cinnamon and garlic also are powerful antibacterial foods, but I don't recommend the garlic raw -- it's too upsetting for the stomach -- so try it cooked, a few cloves. Also, cinnamon in powder form.

Well, I have ground ginger and cinnamon, and very different teas: Red tea, normal, maracuya and apricot, one with pippermint and some other herbs I don't know the English words for, but one of them is like posion Ivy

As for bread.. I only have bread sticks, I used the last of my bread for lunch.

Thanks for helping me out, I should have some tea anyway since I... *cough* "ejected" everything my body had in it...

No problem -- when the ginger and sugar hit your stomach, it should make you feel a lot better...

And quick word of advice: stop eating stuff that 'doesn't seem right'. Esp when it's dairy. (.-.)b
