I’ve had the Snark the Flark idea in my find for ages, and now I can finally tell it! Meet Max Profit and Ted E. Bear, I have no idea if people will like this, but I really like how Max turned out! :3 Originally the story had three characters, but I got rid of the third one since it didn’t really do anything for the story… And they were originally human, but the rest of the story is more or less the same as the one I had in my head long ago…. ^_^;

It seems I didn't get enough guest strip offers to cover the time I'll be away... So I guess I'll just try to make some puns in advance or maybe finish the story I'm working on now and post it while I'm away?
I was thinking I might need a new DS game for the plane trip if I can't sleep, but fortunately I have enough unbeaten GBA games to last me quite a while! X3
My plans on where to go while I'm there aren't that complete yet, but I should be figuring that soon... XP
This might seem very silly, but I'm seriously debating whether to bring my backpack full of badges to NYC. If the subway is as crowded as I think it is, I'm almost positive I'll lose one! ^_^;
Apparently I can carry two 23kg suitcases with me, I'd say there is no way I can buy more that 46kg of comics.... But I'd just jinx it! XD

I'm starting to work on my next short story, and when I thought about the character design something struck me....
There is no way to be entirely positive that your character, or story, isn't the same, or at least pretty close, to someone's else. It's probably likely that someone has thought of something similar already! I've already seen that I'm not the only comic about talking food, but since the similarities end there I don't think I should worry?
The whole point is WHAT makes your character or story original! It's likely that your character looks like someone's else character, but it's unlikely that they act the same! It's likely that someone has had a similar story idea, but yours should be different in someway...
I'm hoping I'm being logical here, because spending hours searching on the Internet to see if someone has had the same idea... doesn't seem logical to me at all!
